Called Snowden Heating on Veterans day weekend , found all there information from Home Advisor and called Kris. It was a Saturday afternoon.... Kris came out assessed the problem fixed as much as he could to make everything safe and the heat to come on. He then scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later to finish the job. We have a medical office that experienced a bad installation by another contractor who couldn't resolve the problem. Kris came out and figured out what the issues were and how to resolve them. Now the system works as good as advertised. They responded to the initial call to set up an appointmet as soon as possible during the last heat wave.
