Having moved here 4 years ago, I have to say this was the right move for me. The apartments are spacious, fresh and clean and the best possible choice for almost anyone. The reasons why I say this is because the environment feels like family. The management company is absolutely horrible. I am so sorry I moved my mother into this hell house of an apartment building. The building is leaning, there are leaks in the roof, there is no security, the “guest parking lot” is asking for crime to happen and maintenance is nonexistent. The tenants are treated like they are residents in a nursing home. Management is condescending and has zero conscience for any of the tenants. All they see are dollar signs. Please understand this that I'm not one to pull the "RACE," Card, but I truly believe that I was discriminated against during the phone call. Yes the majority of the time you can tell a persons race by their voice. When I called I said politely "Can I ask you if you accept Section 8/Housing Choice Vouchers?"
