I have a very close family member whose was admitted at the facility over a week ago in the acute mental health unit. When she first arrived and 3 days thereafter, she was going thru alot of problems and did need mental health treatment. This close family member is very young, only 18, never displayed any deep psychological problems until just a few months ago and has never been on any type of medications to treat such conditions. This place is a piece of shit. No support, no therapy. It's a holding pen for lost souls. I think they should be investigated / fined heavily / then closed.
do YOU need your HIPPA rights violated by an LCSW, stigma and hurtful comments enforced, and then ignored trying to go through the proper channels to resolve those incidents? Then this is the place for you! Enjoy no individual therapy, a complete oversight of care for those with any eating issues, and the best part: being talked down to by incompetent staff while trying to have the morning processing group!! You'll have to actually explain things to the people working there, it doesn't seem they know anything about the field... read more
They're rude. When I tried to call and talk to someone and the person so rudely tells me to call back cuz they're in group therapy and then proceeds to hang up on me before I can get a word out of my mouth.
The cook out was awesome!!!! My staff rocks thanks for all u do. Staff at snowden we enjoy serving u!!!!!
