should have trusted the yelp reviews and skipped this place. the shaved "snow" itself is fine but it is drenched in condensed milk and the toppings don't really go with the flavor. i like nu cafe much better since you have the freedom to choose your toppings! also, the serving size is like 1/3 that of the smaller option at nu cafe and the price is comparable. the block toast sounded good but was also way way way too sweet and doused with chocolate syrup. i have a huge sweet tooth but everything was just overboard... straight... read more

Really bad service - ordered two snow ices and an ice block. Sat down and watched the employees talk. Watched them disappear to the back. Wondered what was taking so long. Took my two children to the bathroom. Saw customers order, receive products and leave. Asked what was wrong with our order. Was asked back, "what was your order?". They totally forgot about us. Received our money back and left. Disappointing.

Very slow, with 4 people in the store it took over 10 minutes to get a snow cone
