Thank you Heidi!!! I was sending flowers to a co-worker having a minor outpatient procedure, that turned into a full blown hospital stay. Once I learned she would not be at home to receive the delivery I frantically called Heidi and left a crazy message- sorry again about that- Heidi had already talked to her and went ahead and coordinated delivery to the hopsital instead of her home, then helped me upgrade my arrangement, and made sure I updated my card to reflect the change in the situation.
