I went in to get a trim for my hair. I have naturally curly hair and I asked for a trim, and possibly a thinning to make it less poofy. I had told her that it’s best to cut curly hair dry to prevent shrinking, she nodded her head then proceeded to wet my hair throughout the cut. she ended up cutting an inch or 2 off of my hair making it collarbone length which i specifically stated I didnt want when saying I didnt want to lose my length.
