Who cares if you have to wait--it means Dr. Slade is listening to and caring for his patients! I never have a problem from a Dr that I have to wait a long time for in the waiting room. I have more that 65 years of experience with such Doctors. You should be very glad to have them!!!
If you are looking for a highly trained, phenomenal surgeon, this is your guy! If you have to wait an hour, wait an hour! He's constantly fixing other surgeons mistakes when it comes to glaucoma. He's well worth the wait!

My experience with Dr. Slade and the St. George Eye Center couldn't be any more different than the other reviewer. Perhaps the reviewer is writing this on the wrong doctor? I have seen Dr. Slade several times a year for 3 years now for glaucoma and I have never had a bad encounter. Sometimes he is running a few minutes behind, but I've always thought it because he was taking care of other patients as good as he takes care of me. He has always given me the time that I need. Best doctor in town. We are lucky to have him in St. George.
Appointments are apparently just a concept. No apologies for making patients wait 2 hrs in the lobby, or for showing up for a scheduled appt when the doc's not there. Staff is terrible. Later, Snow!
