This place is horrible I lost 3500 dollars in earnest money due to Tracie Grubbs not following up with a seller on things he was suppose to fix before closing avoid this place at all cost
In 2004 I built a small home with the floor plan mirroring a model that was in fancy gap. The floor plan of the model had a loft overlooking the living room, however after a lengthy discussion I chose to finish out the loft at a later date, minimizing immediate cost. The trusses arrived and the crew contacted me and said “these are the wrong trusses”. I asked about the difference and I was told only a few inches in height.
