Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The nail experience was rushed and not great work. It felt like they just opened the doors and let anyone start doing waxing without proper training. They didn’t have the basic materials needed for waxing, the setup was messy, unorganized, and far from sanitary. The whole service was rushed, and it was so poorly done that I ended up finishing the waxing myself. I paid a lot of money that day, and it was absolutely not worth it. I was present for several of my girlfriend’s nail appointments, and I witnessed firsthand how unprofessionally this nail tech handled things. She booked full sets every time and was never told she needed to choose a “design level.” That was only brought up today as an excuse for rushed work.
