Update 12/16/2025 three week wait has turned into a 3 month and counting. I definitely do not recommend this company. Still no water delivery for my sister. No call, no update, nothing Called the first part of September to set up water delivery for my sister. I was advised they were out about 3 weeks for starting new service. great water quality. employees are kind and the drivers are all really nice.
Called the first part of September to set up water delivery for my sister. I was advised they were out about 3 weeks for starting new service. They said they would call me when they were ready to start my sister’s service. I was okay with that. But here we are almost November and no call, no water delivery l, nothing. The gals in the offers were super friendly but based on my experience the service sucks, communication sucks. I do not recommend this company at all
Absolutely the best small/local company around. Excellent customer service and amazing water.
