Instead of calling and informing me, they decided to just deny CVS filling my scripts...when I called the office the receptionist told me I wasn’t a patient any longer. Never notified me of needing to find a new physician due to a leave in the office. Told me wasn’t going to help and would have to find a new dr.I was never informed of an issue by them, even when CVS tried having them fill my script 3 times.
