Let me tell you something great! dealing with home warranties can be a pain in the butt, because you are dealing with two different offices but Snow Frosty did a good job communicating with me! Saw the other reviews and I can't speak for them, but I got calls with updates on where my parents were and when they should be arriving. Stressful as it may be to be without heater in the winter the communication really helped ease my worries. Deff will be calling again.
