My AC went out, scheduled an appointment took time off of work to sit in an 80+ condo for 4 hours waiting and they no call no showed on me. For a 24hr company as shown on their google you think they would at least attempt to call and let me know they were not going to make it so I could make arrangements instead of leaving me to sit in a hot condo for 4hrs waiting for a tech that never came..
The owner is a liar and hires untrained workers! I’m sick of reading his comments to bad reviews. We live in LAS VEGAS HEAT!! And you deliver horrible untrained service workers! I’m a renter and our upstairs unit went out a month ago. It took them 12 days/3 visits to fix the problem. Now here we are exactly 10 days after the “fix” and my breaker won’t hold and our upstairs is 87 degrees AGAIN AND STEADILY CLIMBING. It’s 3:40 pm JULY 31,2024
This place is terrible. I have an older home that you have to take the door off to change the air filter. I put the door back on the unit never came back on They came out and changed the thermostat. It came back on, but it barely blew and wouldn't get under 86°. I called the company and the guy just wanted to argue saying that I wasn't a service technician and really didn't want to hear anything I had to say because he knew better even though I have this year for seven years and the best part about this place was how well th... read more
