Great meal, very enthousiastic waiter, Nice welcome of the owner...... I say: "go and experience yourself"
The food was fantastic. The beer was hit or miss. The Gose, being their first dabble in sours was by far the best offering. The triple IPA was easy drinking for 11%... All of the others were not bad but nothing special.
As a professional Brewer, I thought the beer was very good. Could happily have consumed the variety of beers available all night. From a business perspective, there are lots of improvements that can be made to the food execution, service and the positioning of the Sushi menu. Until then, drink here, eat elsewhere.
Good food and service. I will definitely return for lunch and dinner.
