Don't waste your time or money. They will ask for your first born child and a whole bunch of info you shouldn't have to give them. It will cost you a hard inquiry on your credit and you won't get the place your looking at as they will bait.and switch.
Terrible experience, I am still waiting for them to get back to me after almost 2 months. I rented for a year and lived with mold for 3 months. Health concerns now. I let them know THREE times. I was not aware there was a murder next door and I asked before renting. Adding on, they never returned my calls. I was promised my security deposit by the new individual in the office and nothing. They are discriminatory.(don’t rent to black people) They need to be investigated. You can feel the discrimination when you enter the building far from welcoming. They don’t greet you. I tried to get a place twice. Over 750 credit score, 4k a month in income. They never contact you and the little girl that works the front desk is very very rude and does not need to work there when you call for an update she always states that she will relay the message.
