Excellent facility and ease of parking ( very important ) . The staff is very courteous and attentive and appear knowledgeable in their tasks . Dr Munis is very professional , had the right equipment to take pictures and show on a screen what I needed . Did not push any unnecessary services . Facility is very clean and comfortable with very good and tasteful decor to instantly make you comfortable . 🤗
Dr Munis always shows great bedside manner & attention to detail. Her encouragement is suggestive in manner as opposed to a pushy approach. This is something every patient can appreciate.
The ledger they sent me shows the exact same charges duplicated on the same date (including both a full exam and partial exam, plus imaging). I was never given any explanation. I requested my medical records multiple times over several months and got no response until I escalated it. My concerns about being billed twice were never addressed. Two years later they texted me asking me to schedule again when I haven’t been back since.
I just had my 6 month cleaning and honestly, I have never had such a thorough cleaning. I have used Snow Dental for a crown and it was totally pain free. The staff is friendly and Dr. Munis is wonderful. If you are not completely satisfied with your dental care, you might want to visit Snow Dental. Happy I did!
