I would give negative reviews if I could. I have had three negative issues with this clinic. The last one I went in for a physical and 4 months later they refused to renew my prescription unless I came back in for another physical. All because one of their dr's went out on medical. All they care about is the money and they do not care about the patients. I have had to complain about their billing as well and had to pay out of pocket for preventives because they coded it wrong and I had to fight for months. Don't go her... read more
I walked in right at closing. New patient, no prior. Got prior approval to do nose swabs for flu and after positive reading they suggested tylenol and motrin. I paid my $365 +/- bill and left. For 5 months i have received another bill. "The difference between the estimate and actual charges". Coding a new patient walk in is standard. Coding a nose swab is standard. Coding a positive reading and recommending tylenol is standard. There is NO WHERE TO ADD ANOTHER CHARGE. I did NOT USE iodine, or bandages, or splints or anything... read more
