Absolutely horrible parts/service policy & department. We have a business account with these guys and have made quite a few purchases. I recently purchased a bag. Was NOT told that if it is "used," we will not take it back. I was told I can return it within 15 days if there are no damages within 15 days. Today was the 14th day. I came to return it as my family bought me a bag for my birthday. The parts department denied it. ( I had the receipt as well). I will definitely be letting others know how these guys work. I picked up my Kawasaki ZX4RR two days ago and I am still very happy：）The custom paint on the fairing has a deep shine and the color blend is exactly what I hoped for. And my English isn’t great so I only emailed Nadina, and wow she was a lifesaver. She got back to me super fast every time and explained things about paperwork in really simple words. She handled all the forms and delivery plans without a hitch and always treated me with kindness. Thanks to her I felt totally at ease through the whole process.
