As luck would have it, we got snow for 3 straight days, so I told my wife I’m headed north and renting a machine! The owner of Snow Blitz (Amy) was taking care of my reservation and all my phone call questions. They even let me switch from a 4 hour to an 8 hour event. I would highly recommend booking an 8hr or full day session. Especially if you are lucking to have a ton of snow! Their employee Nick met me in the parking lot. I rented 2 sleds. They had one guy working, and he was overwhelmed. Waited over an hour in the cold before we finally got out. The sled that I was riding, had a chopped up belt and was very unpleasant to ride. Sleds are very expensive to rent and we lost over an hour on each sled which they refused to compensate me for. They obviously didn’t care about making their customers happy.

Super easy process to book and get started on the trails. We checked in, found our rental helmets and were shown how to operate the snowmobile then where to go. The guy working was really friendly and suggested to eat at Peegeo's after - which was a great idea! The snowmobile trails were very well marked and maintained & the snowmobile itself was in extremely good condition. Easy to operate and the built in hand warmers were much appreciated! 4 hours was the perfect amount of time. We would definitely rent here again.

I reserved 4 snowmobiles for two days. Weather turned warm with rain forecasted. Both Amy and Victor were very helpful in communicating conditions, advised that I not drive the long distance based on the conditions, and refunded my deposit with no hassle. I am looking forward to trying again on my next visit to Michigan. Thank you!
