Very disappointed with the way this company handles refueling. They provide a little “map” that makes it seem like the Mobil gas station is right around the corner and super convenient. In reality, it’s not nearly as close or straightforward as they imply especially when you’re unfamiliar with the area and just finished riding. If you don’t refill it yourself, they charge an extra $45 to do it for you. That feels excessive, especially considering how misleading the directions are.
