I had a hail claim where State Farm would only pay a portion of the damage and the rest was customer pay. Steve Dye at Interstate did a great job walking me through the claim process and dealing with the insurance company and helping get what was owed to me. Interstate also gave me a good price to replace the rest of the roof and gutters and giving me guidance to deal with the previous roofing manufacturer company where shingles were failing. Had a great experience getting my roof replaced Ben was a great project manager and was very reaponsive throughout the entire process. Insurance initially declined the claim but Ben was able to get a secondary inspection and get the repairs covered. Roof looks great and followup has been good.

You have been told multiple times to STOP knocking, ringing our door. The sign CLEARLY is posted eye level. Can’t be missed! Cross Creek community is a NO Soliciting community. Posted clearly at the entrance of the housing area. All future steps onto my property will be met with a video recording and submitted to the local police department. Enough is enough!
