Chris was excellent to deal with. Helped me every step of the way from initial assessment, to collaboration with insurance company to installation in a tight timeframe. Responsive, attention to detail and ethical. Great person to work with.
I contracted with Snover for some preventive roof repair after identifying 2 potential trouble spots. Chris itemized the estimate making it easy to decide on one vs both repair spots. The morning of the repair he texted to let me know his arrival time, which I appreciated. He was on time, polite, and patient with all my questions. We reviewed the work when he finished. He matched the shingles so well, you literally would never know I had 2 places repaired! I highly recommend Snover Contracting.
Not only did Chris and his team redo my entire roof in a time crunch.. he saved my cat!! Chris and his team are a group of hard working, honest individuals. I would trust him with my house.. and my pets. That says a lot!
Had our roof replaced! Zach was awesome at working with our insurance to get as much covered as possible! The day of the repair went great with the team working efficiently and Chris did a very thorough inspection of the house afterward to make sure everything was cleaned up and safe!
Chris was very pleasant to deal with! He replaced the roof of our house. From quoting to replacement he was very fast and efficient. Was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He sent photos of progress and communicated the small amount of decking under the roof that needed to be replaced. He cleanup was impeccable, besides the brand new roof it was like he was never there! I would highly recommend him and will be calling him in the future for work that is beyond my abilities!
