I was very nervous when I went for my appt. @ snore md, but when I met the staff who are very caring, thorough, patient & understanding to my emotions, I was incredibly impressed about their amazing customer service, & how they made me feel very relaxed & confident that I can use my CPAP machine with no problems, the staff explained everything very thorough & helped me to set up the CPAP machine before I brought it home.
