Very good customer service. The manager explained thoroughly the use of CPAP machine and maintenance. Will recommend this clinic for those who are in need of CPAP machine.
This place sucks, you tell them mask doesn't fit they do nothing, you pay for deposit with debit and they can't refund on your debit they will send you a cheque! They don't tell you anything up front! Worst customer service around!
I went to Snore MD to take their home sleep test (which was free, I believe it was covered by MSP). I got the results quickly and the staffs were hands on during the process, from the test orientation to the releasing of the test results. Their facility is clean and inviting too. Highly recommended!
