I went and saw Robin who obviously is inexperienced as I am on oxygen, was told my hose would fit on the device only to get home and find out it was not compatible with the machine. Was a total waste of my time and money as I do not drive, then harassed to return the machine right away. If you are on oxygen don’t bother! I should have been informed even when I asked. Frustrated!

Maggie and Elaine have been so helpful and reassuring about starting to use a CPAP. They have been patient and understanding with my apprehension about using the machine. I went back in with some concerns and the settings were adjusted on the machine. Has been good so far. Thank you.
