Just dropped in for the first time. I think I interrupted the lady behind the counter who appeared to be eating something? I felt she was rushed and annoyed at my visit and quickly brushed me off when i asked if they direct bill my company (as per their website) The mask was over $200.00. I get their policy is up to us to get our own reimbursement but the whole vibe on this visit will keep me away....Ill continue to trek out to Langley to my original cpap store.

A great place to get help. They will guide you through the process with your family doctor and benifits if you have them. ELAINE was a ton of help and had a lot of information. She was very honest with her suggestions and was open to discuss different options. Would highly recommend. Bonus points of you bring a pen with your name in it.
