I have gone to this center a few times with no issues. But recently I purchased a CPAP machine determined to be defective. It's been 2 months and I have yet to get a new one from them nor my money back. I have resorted to this and reporting them to the BBB. They do not return phone calls and refuse to take responsibility.
Don't waste your time. These people are incompetent. They don't call you back if you leave a message. No one communicates with each other at the office. These people are totally clueless. Go somewhere else and save your time and money. Businesses should not be ran like this.
Hard to schedule appointments with a Mon. - Fri. working schedule.
