In keeping with your mission statement of always providing quality care for your clients, it is unfortunate that I am having to write this review, especially during these unprecedented times. Our groomer, Christina, had transferred our dogs care to the pet parlor after leaving the Dog Spaw due to the dogs being mishandled there. The way the owner treats humans and dog's is awful! Overcharges and Overcuts because it is easiest. There are people who have watched dog's being slapped while being worked on. I will never bring my business or my dog there again!
Went in for our first big groom today and the Pet Parlor did a beautiful job on our mini sheepadoodle. He left looking like an adorable teddy bear. Thank you for listening and taking such great care of our pup. We will definitely be back.
Wonderful place! As a new dog owner, I was very nervous about leaving my baby at a groomer. Gina was terrific. Very friendly and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and my puppy came back looking perfect. The parlor is clean and well organized. Will be very happy to come back again.
