Not a good review. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby and then another 30 minutes in the treatment room before I had my five minute appointment. I was then charged for lenses that was not part of the original. I agreement and push hard to wait another four days beyond when I was told it was going to be done.
Dr Wang is excellent as is her assistant. Everyone listened to what I said and gave me useful feedback. I’ve always had a good experience at Arbor Eye Care.

Jaime Wang, OD was awesome. She detected a retinal Tear in my left eye, immediately with the help of the receptionist scheduled an appointment with Dr. Colyer for laser treatment for the next day. The retinal tear was taken care of the next day. Dr Colyer Also praised Dr Wang for detecting this small tear before it got bigger.
