OD specialist (Stratton, Aleksandra) is incredibly cold and out of touch as a healthcare provider for the patient and not even looked at the current prescription for consideration and past history. Its disappointing to even consider this provider with very little attention to current patient's needs. If you need eye exam or glasses better to consider other practices.
The worst experience at any eyeglass store I have ever had. Overpriced and forbid they make them incorrectly and you ask for a refund. You will not be getting one.
