Ordered a bunch of chicken tacos to go. Pulled away and took a bite. Immediately pulled over and threw them away and went and got real food somewhere else. No flavor, no spice, just super dry bland chicken. Worst tacos I've ever had.
This is a review about catering. The team from the Snoqualmie Mexican Food Truck did a great job, and our guests commented about how delicious the tacos were. They were willing to work with me to add sides (beans, rice, chip, guac) that weren't listed on the main catering menu, gave me an estimate ahead of time, and everything was prompt and exactly as promised. I opted for them to set up the serving stations (heavy tinfoil containers over sterno cans) and it was perfect. Thanks for the help and making our event fun!
