Jim off of academy was SUPER KNOWLEDGABLE and matched me with the right mattress within minutes. I was stoked that he had me try mattresses specific to my needs; he didn't limit me based on budget, but I wasn't there for 30 minutes. Thank you Jim!

We spent quite a bit of time in the store trying to figure out what we wanted and Jim took great care to explain to us the difference in mattresses to help us figure out what we needed. On delivery day, he ensured we received our delivery early as possible since we had a party to go to that evening. Fantastic customer service and we love our new adjustable bed! Would highly recommend Snooze Mattress Co.

Got approved from Snap Finance. Jim is amazing. He even stayed past close to help us. Called him and told him that I didn't get off work until 6pm but he said that didn't matter he would stay and help us. We bought our last one from Bob's discount mattress but they are no longer in business. We got to snooze mattress and met Jim and he asked us what we were looking for and asked how we sleep.
