They took an hour and a half for fries and a shrimp cocktail...and they served people who came in after us first....need I say more?
A beautiful restaurant. Trish K took awesome care of us. A beautiful sunset. Like music playing in the background. A really great restaurant. You should try it.
WORST
Great staff, very friendly. Had a big group, 32 adults and children and they were very accommodating. Food was delicious and views were beautiful!
Absolutely our favorite place in Key Largo! We were in town for 3 days and we ate at Snooks 3 times. The food was excellent and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. Great service and so welcoming to our little dog "Huck". Highly recommend

My second time there, love the atmosphere and food is delicious! Our waitress was great but we were there entirely to long 2.5 hours...from the other reviews I’ve read this seems to be a consistent problem? Need more staff? Better timing of large party reservations? Would def recommend this restaurant but would advise you not be in a hurry when you go.
Delicious food, awesome sunset view, excellent service, fair price. Highly recommended.
Terrible service. Restaurant was grossly understaffed. Took over ten minutes after being seated to get waited on and I had to flag a waiter down to get that. Salad came out pretty quickly but it was a full half hour before crab cakes were served. Then had to chase waiter down to pay bill!!
