I love this place! Surrounded by trees and pretty rustic in appearance. The staff was friendly with quick service and the food was great with huge servings!

Great food and a really fun place on the Myakka River. Server was friendly and attentive.
It was a beautiful day to sit outside, listen to some live music, watch the kayakers and eat some good barbecue. A nice casual place.
Nice place, we loved it. Heard Tarzan was filmed there. Didn’t see Cheta, Jane, or Elephant
Very interest place and the food is good too. I was there for a business lunch so couldn't check everything out but I'll go back with my wife and check it out thoroughly including the boat trip on the river.
Not gourmet but delicious, fun and great rustic atmosphere. BBQ was great and their own sauce was the best. Had pulled pork taco. Cole slaw was excellent as was potato salad. The River bread appetizer was amazing. Can't wait to go again.
