Friendly staff, clean place, lots of group exercises available as well as exercise machines.
My gym crush away from Michigan home away from home. 🏠 My second home, love the energy and people! A daily routine that is enjoyable every Time even on the days you have to push through the work out ! The energy is contagious motivates you every single time.
9 kids vs 1 coach in a 30 mins session. Each kid got 3+ minutes?? What a waste of time. Not recommended
We love the Y. The staff is so friendly. It's always clean and tidy. A huge shout out to the child care staff. They are always so sweet and attentive to my child.
