Jeff came to my place to fix a brand new furnace installed by the bank I bought my home from. the previous installer was shaddy and when I talked to them about my warranty they told me I needed additional equipment installed for it to work right. Jeff came out, made a few minor tweaks which resulted in my oil furnace burning cleaner, not leaking oil into my basement, getting rid of the diesel smell in my house, and the furnace doesn't shut down because of excess fuel any more. These guys are terrific and honest! – I have a 13 year-old Trane XV80 furnace that was rapid cycling (on for 5 sec, then off, then on again). Snohomish Heating & AC repaired my furnace for a fraction of what I'd otherwise spend, the serviceman (Steve) was courteous, knowledgeable, and bullet-proof honest. Saved me a ton of money by honestly fixing my furnace rather than trying to talk me into a new furnace!
