This is a terrible company. In April of 2015 an employee of theirs was checking the meters on my house and my neighbors dog ran after him so he ran and jumped on my car scratching it in SEVERAL places. I tried contacting PUD for months to file a claim and couldn't get anyone to respond. After finally getting someone to get back to me the first person who was supposed to come and appraise the damage on my car never showed up.
