I signed up for a 3 month family pass that cost $225. The day I signed up they told me to come back in hour. I came back and they said sorry we told you the wrong time come back in a hour. I have 3 little kids I could not wait for another hour. It takes a lot effort to get all 3 of ready and get in the car drive 30minutes! So they took my money and I couldn’t even go. The competition pool is deep and cool, just right for a challenging workout. I don't smell like chlorine all day after swimming; I'm not sneezing all day after workouts from chlorine, either. The water is a kind of saline combo. I am thankful to swim in this beautiful facility.
We have done multiple swimming lessons for both my kids, and I have to say the instructors are GREAT! We have had multiple, and they are all enthusiastic, positive, encouraging, and do a good job of connecting with the kids and teaching them by giving them one on one feedback. The facility is great (though I'd be fine if the water was warmer.) However, it is all the staff we have encountered that truly make it a great place.

This place is great! BUT the water is WAY too cold. Our 10mo daughter loves the water & was having a blast but we had to leave within 20 minutes as her lips were literally turning purple from being so cold... it would be a 5 star rating if the pool was a few degrees warmer. I’ve seen many people say the same thing... hopefully they warm it up & we will be there more often!
I have been bringing my kids here for swim lessons and free swim for the past 3 years. I love the facility and the staff is always amazing, so amazing we drive all the way from Bothell.
