Love their swim lessons and instructors. Pool gets busy during prime time hours. I'd recommend you attend an early or late session.
Had an incident with my daughter in class under water not being able to swim and the teacher didn't see her and neither did the lifeguard, I had to run and grab her out. I had reached out to the director Christine and she didn't seem to give a rip at all in our first chit chat and actually tried to downplay the entire incident, because I was not going to let it go we had scheduled to sit and talk about the incident the next class and she came in late that day. My 6th grade son went for the first time for a friend's birthday party and LOVED it!
I agree with the above that the line is confusing in rec swims. That all employees should know the open swims vs comp Lap swims and the rules most importantly. I think it's getting better though. The showered were too cold last summer... I do love the place- though I wish Lap lanes were open all the time like the Y and mcsc that I guarded at as a teen.
Great facility, great staff and wonderful community. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Rob, Nancy and Austin for working so hard to have such a great facility.
