Wait time at this clinic is outrageous. Clearly her staff overbooks as I waited more than 3 hours currently still waiting to be seen. Lobby is full of patients as well. Expect a long waiting time.
Marcia Snodgrass is WONDERFUL!! I can’t say enough GREAT things about her, she really listen and helps !!! Marcia is a GREAT Dr. I give her 5 STARS but she has the WORST staff I have ever seen or had to deal with!!! They over book her so badly I literally had to wait 6 hours to be seen! I traveled to see her so I didn’t want to just leave,. Then they don’t call the Rx in to the pharmacy for hours and you have to wait on that. The office manager is extremely rude and not helpful. I have never been to a facility where the provider took there time answered all my questions. Super pleased and happy with care at this facility . I can always call if needed last minute unlike other places where I'm turned down for a month. Highly recommended. Staff is very friendly and super helpful.
