This company is a joke especially the owner Matt charged me$600.00 restocking fee on a job never shipped, also said I needed a plug in pigtail that I didn't need and would not take it back that cost me $ 450.00 I wouldn't buy from them if it was free. I you ever installed the s5 system you know what I'm talking about, it sucks
Sno Shield snow guard and snow retention systems are excellent products. Typically when a snow guard fails, it is due to improper installation. When used correctly, the Rib Guard, Panel Guard and other snow retention products perform well.
Stay far away from the Rib Guard snow brakes. We have been installing snow retention in the high country of Colorado since 1975 and I have never seen such a mass failure of snow brakes. The customer just picked them all up off of the ground and delivered to our shop. Half of them are broken and the other half just slid off. This happened during a very mild Aspen winter.
