The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the day we went, an employee had dropped the entire day's worth of beef bulgogi for dinner (pictured), which was all I came for. They offered to give us the other kind of bulgogi, which was good but not really bulgogi. It was just chopped-up ground beef with a lot of salty seasoning. Service was BAD! Kinda made the whole visit a drag. The air conditioner was dripping on our table. At least the food tasted good and was hot . Just plain, Have had better looking/presented bowls of food at the mall food court.
Its currently 4 oclock on a saturday. Tables arent bussed and the lobbies near full. Its not the servers fault, shes being as good as she can with the situation. The staffing is insane. She needs help. In addition the food came out with the most mid flavor. The curry sauce was just okay, the chicken katsu tasted like nothing. Same issue with my wife's ramen - just bland. I dont know if this is an issue of understaffing but this is the third time we've tried this place and been crazy underwhelmed all three times.
Tried SNM 108 for the first time today and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was very cozy and the service was fast and friendly. We tried a variety of items like the Crazy California Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Seoul Roll, Bibimbap, K-dog, and Bubble Tea. It was all very good!! Our favorites were the Seoul Roll and K-dog, and the original milk tea with the brown sugar boba was great! Great service, good & fresh food with generous portions, clean atmosphere. Our party enjoyed poke bowls, a poke burrito, teriyaki bowl, sushi, egg rolls, fries, and Boba.
