Always polite and accommodating
Did not shape my nails the right way, my polish is all lumpy and missing in places, just real sloppy.. my gel polish is chipping off already, nice people but they should pay attention to what they are doing and maybe reeducate themselves
They were very rough removing my polish. They cut my cuticles with the dremmel and made me bleed on 3 different fingers. They flooded my cuticles with the clear coat and there are lumps in the gel polish. My nails hurt from them rushing
Went in the afternoon on a Thursday and got right in. I did have an appointment, but there weren’t many other people so that may have helped. They were quick and did a great job. Love the nails xx
I went in for a fill and my daughter got her toes done. Before we left my daughters polish was smeared due to them not telling her to do another light session. I couldn't tell what was going on because I was currently getting mine done. When mine were done they were thick and polish is missing up top. I'm going back to my old place.
