I have used Snipped here in Coos Bay for two of my cats this year. I have had no complications whatsoever with the animals..everything went textbook just like they informed me and now i have this super playful cat with a special post op collar on..who is trying to play with me while she is purring whatever they gave her she is trippin! my only concern is that sS/Nipped get the community support and funding so it can staff adequately and pay for its continued good service. please volunteer or donate to this worthy nonprofit t... read more
I would give a higher rating if I could access the public knowledge that seems to not be posted. Maybe you can help? 1) How many people are employed by SNipped? 2) Is there a manager? 3) Salary or hourly employees? 4) Are there volunteers? How many? 5) Where is 2014 to present tax information? 6) Does SNipped receive grants to operate?
I appreciate that we have a low cost spay neuter clinic in this area. Because of that service Friends of Coos County Animals has been able to help hundreds of families get their pets, a stray cat or feral cats spayed or neutered so that ALL of us can reduce the pet overpopulation in this community. The unwanted, free on Facebook, given away to anyone in front of Walmart animals need to be reduced to zero. We can all do it because there is an affordable place for services.
Humane society of Del norte/we have been using snipped for 4 years, they are amazing and take great care of our shelter animals and the owned animal's I have transported.
It is not affordable. Hardly any less ($100) than a walk in neuter at the animal hospital.($115) Thought this was about providing a service and helping the community and their pets not making a profit.
I help to run a nonprofit for feral cats called Port Orford Friends of Feral Cats. Snipped has been an incredible resource for us. They have spayed/neutered over 400 animals this past year for us with absolutely no incidents post op. That's quite impressive, especially in the feral cat world. These people are wonderful and are truly care about your pet.
I have been using this resource for over two years to spay/neuter local stray cats/dogs. They have been professional, thorough, humane and compassionate in all my dealings with them.
Snipped has a 4.4 star rating with 361 reviews.
Snipped is closed now. It will open at 9:00 a.m.
