I haven't received services yet, but I'm only giving a review as far as the accessibility of this business. When you try to call, there's only a voicemail that says leave a message. So I have no idea if I'm calling a hair salon or a random person. There is no website to view costs or any other types of services. I'm not saying this is bad, it just would be more convenient if there was an actual voicemail stating the name of the business you were calling so that you know who you're calling. Won’t ever call back I have been trying to make appointments for the last 2 years she’s always the first one I call and I would leave a detailed voicemail with my phone number twice. She never returns my phone call for some reason, I have no idea why, and it sucks because she is the only child hair salon for younger kids as my cousin would take her children and I would come with and it was a very nice set up for toddlers. An amazing experience for our 2 year old son’s first hair cut! April was so good with our son and made us feel comfortable too. She was quick and did an amazing job- super happy with his cut.
April was amazing with our 1.5 year old grandson. He doesn’t sit still and wasn’t a happy camper, but April didn’t give up! She did a great job! Highly recommend her!
