Worst experience ever. Never buying anything from here. Ordered a pair of new balance shoes realised it’s of wrong size. So had to return it at my own cost as they don’t do that. Didn’t receive refund and it’s been 20 days. When I ask them they say it’s been used, like seriously if it’s not even of my size how it is fair that I used and gave all shitty remarks says it’s dirty also. Excellent service ordered Tim's online and picked them up there at the store
The sales woman found the hat I was looking for. There weren’t any up front. She went in the back of the store and found the hat I was looking for. It was two to choose from. I never got her name. She was a kid saver
Staff was friendly, and courteous. The store was very organized, and items were easy to find. Sale items were mainly against the backwall. They also have ETHIKA products in store, too.
