I had an appt for my child who was 5....didn't get seen for at least an hour. By the time she got to us, first off, very rude. I asked what she suggested for a hairstyle because of all the curls and she said "well first thing I suggest is you take him home and brush his hair" he had 2 knots in it.....well excuse me he has thick, curly hair that is full of sweat because I had to keep him busy for over an hour... outside.. in the dirt and August heat.
