Why make an appointment on line and when you get there they don’t have a record of it. The worst.
We love QC snip its. This is where I go to take my toddler to get his hair cuts. All staff here are amazing!
Getting an appointment here is harder than trying to meet with the president. Walked in at 1pm and asked to get our name on the list and was told no they are booked for the rest of the day. Asked if they take walk ins, was told yes but they still can't do it. This happens every time. My son was very sad we had to leave. He asked for a sucker and the lady just stared at him til we left. Still no haircut & his birthday is in 1 week.
Fortunately for them I can't do 0 star, this place is terrible. I set up an appointment and came from the northern Mesa area and only decided to go off a recommendation. Traffic was bad, added 15 minutes to the drive. Tried to call multiple times just for the phones to be off and straight to voicemail. Assuming they were just too busy to answer.
