My daughter was very excited to try this place out, but it was a big disappointment. While it's fun looking & kid oriented, the haircut she received there was truly horrible. It was uneven an MUCH shorter than I requested.
I took my daughter with beautiful long hair there for a 2-3 inch cut, and they took a handful of her hair and whacked off 7 inches. I couldn't even say anything because what was done, was done. I wanted my daughter to think I thought it was awesome so she wouldn't feel bad about it, but I was terribly disappointed. This is like the McDonald's of kids haircuts! It's a really kid-oriented, bright place. But often understaffed. I've heard it's good for birthday parties.
