Went in to get my grand-baby’s first haircut today (on a Monday) at 2 pm and noticed a sign on the door- “Closing at 3 today, sorry for the inconvenience”. As soon as we walked in, a male hairstylist immediately told us he was closed because he was slow today and only had two clients. It definitely came across as rude and we politely left and took our business elsewhere.
Good place to go but good luck not making a day of it
First off I love this place and love coming here on certain days. I cannot recommend or keep coming here on the days the male stylist is here. Not only does he not listen to what I want done he had been rude to my sister previously when she came to get her boys hair cut. Since then she hasn't returned. As of today 5/23/2025 a Friday with no wait line, I still walked out of the store because the male stylist is there (forgive me I do not know anyone's name and that is my fault).
