My daughter was prescribed an uncommon liquid prescription for post op pain. Our regular pharmacy had never heard of it, much less able to fill it. We tried several pharmacies before calling Snider's. Not only were they able to fill it, it was completed in 10 minutes with absolutely no issues. So thankful for wonderful service!
Close to three years ago my husband passed away, so I moved in with my daughter in Chelsea. I used the big box pharmacy strictly out of ignorance of other places in town. When my prescription could not be filled there, I went to Snider's. I saw their advertisement on a magazine holder in Dr. Jacob's office. We are always greeted by name when we walk through the door and thanked by name as we walk out. I've never waited more than 10 minutes to have my prescriptions filled. Sneiders is definitely one of Chelsea's best kept secrets.
Doug and his staff are fabulous! I love the small town vibe and knowing as you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by name. Always quick to fill your prescriptions and addressing any questions or concerns. While waiting, grab a cup of coffee or smoothie from Casey! He makes a mean cup o' Joe.
I have used Sniders as long as I have lived in AL. Mr. Doug and his staff are always glad to help you and even go out of their way if you need something they do not have in stock. Chelsea will always be my home town and I'm glad to say that Sniders Pharmacy is always helpful & welcoming when you need them. One of the Best !!!!
Love them!! They are all kind and friendly and make it known they are there for you. If by chance they don't have what you need, they make it a point to have it quickly or tell you where to go. And for some reason your insurance doesn't cover something or it's going to be costly; they tell you what you need to get the same result! Excellent customer service!!!
